Shipping Information
For Domestic Orders (Within India)
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery time ranges between 7-15 days from placing the order depending on the delivery location.
• This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.

For International Orders
• Currently we are not accepting any international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience & are working to offer international shipping very soon.
Refund Policy / Returns And Replacement

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Before placing an order, please read the item descriptions carefully and note product sizes & dimensions. Please also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colours that you see on your screen may be close but are not 100% same in the actual product. All our products are handcrafted so no two pieces are exactly alike and minor imperfections are a part of handmade products, hence they cannot be returned.
In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to Tahiya warehouse. The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us.
Please note by purchasing from Tahiya, you are agreeing to our purchasing terms, conditions and policies.
RETURNS
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Return will be processed only in case of a damaged product. Customer needs to mail us with clear pictures in such a case. However, minor imperfections are a part of handmade products, hence they cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
REPLACEMENT ONLY POLICY
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will contact you for taking any other product of same value or more.
Once the replacement product(s) are selected we will ship them as soon as possible.
RETURN SHIPPING
We will arrange for return pickup wherever the pickup through our courier partners is available.
